Pilot Projects and Stakeholder Engagement

Given the significant body of work and integration required to make Estidama a reality, the Core Team is actively developingPearls Design System.

With refinement of the Pearl Design System in April and June of 2009, we will be seeking a range or representaative projects test using our initial release – Version 1.0. We have outlined an a fast paced program to identify, select and work with current projects as a way to fine tune our evolving Design System.

The current schedule is as follows:

February 8, 2009 – Announce request for Pilot Project Applications

March 8, 2009 – Pilot Project Applications due to Estidama for review and consideration. Applications and criteria for participation can be downloaded from the link below.

April 19, 2009 – Announce Pilot Project participants at Cityscape 2009.

May-August, 2009 – Pilot Project testing and workshops with Estidama Core Team, using Pearls Development System.

August, 2009 – Conclude initial pilot testing.
