Stewarding Materials

Material resource management has been a site-wide strategy based on the following:

• Material selection: avoidance of hazardous and polluting product.Building is constructed via reused and regionally-sourced materials.
• Construction Waste: The project has atarget of 30-75% for salvaging of construction waste
• Operational Waste: facilities to support recycling rate of 80%+ recycling rate, including on-site composting
